  • Can I choose the bid I make?

    You are entirely free to choose the bid amount as long as it is equal to or greater than our minimum bid which is 1

  • Am I forced to maintain the same bid throughout the month

    No, you can change your bid as often as you like during the month as long as it is equal to or above the minimum of 1 

  • If you have a minimum bid, then why would I need to bid higher than that?

    There are many reasons why you are encouraged to bid higher than the minimum bid, the most important of which are: enhanced visibility of our platform, additional marketing support, a higher volume of leads meaning conversions do not stay constant but are likely to increase.

  • What determines the bid I make?

    This is influenced by many things including your budget, the category of your listing and how other partners in the same city are bidding

  • What is the best bid if I am the only promoted partner in a City?

     Ideally, higher bid suffices if we are to fully promote your offer to our members in the city

  • If I’m happy with my conversions after for example 2 weeks, can I pause my campaign and save my budget for the next month?

    You can pause at any time for any length of the period; however, you cannot carry over the budget from your previous campaign into the next campaign of your re-launch.

  • If I bid, which budget do I exhaust first - the free budget or my real budget?

    Since the amount of free budget you acquire is directly related to the payment package you choose, it is only reasonable to allow you to exhaust the real budget first before and then continuing with the free budget.
